Child Safety Standards

Adults only

ShiftClub is for adults only. You must be 18 years old or older to create an account or use the service. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we delete it.

Zero tolerance

ShiftClub prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualized content involving minors, and sextortion. Any such content or conduct leads to immediate removal and a permanent ban.

How to report

In the app, use the three-dot menu on posts, comments, community threads and replies, profiles, and listings; on a chat message (group chat or direct message), tap the dots beside it or press and hold it and choose Report message. You can also email safety@slmedialabs.com.

What we do

Reports go to our moderation dashboard and are reviewed by moderators. We remove violating content and ban accounts. Text and images, including community threads and replies and their photos, are screened by automated moderation before others see them, and videos are reviewed manually by our moderators.

Appeals

If you think we removed content or restricted an account by mistake, you can appeal by emailing support@slmedialabs.com.

Reporting to authorities

We preserve evidence of apparent CSAM and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement as required by law.
